Common use of Duration of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Sixth Issuer Cash Manager in CLAUSE 10.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Sixth Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Sixth Fifth Issuer Cash Manager in CLAUSE 10.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Sixth Fifth Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Sixth Seventh Issuer Cash Manager in CLAUSE 10.1 Clause shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Sixth Seventh Issuer and/or the Seventh Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.
