Common use of Duration of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Duration of Covenants. All covenants and agreements of the Borrower contained herein or made in writing in connection herewith shall survive and continue until the Loan is entirely paid and all of the Borrower's obligations hereunder have been entirely satisfied.

Duration of Covenants. All covenants and agreements of the Borrower contained herein in any of the Loan Documents, or otherwise made in writing in connection herewith herewith, shall survive and continue until the Loan is entirely paid and all of the Borrower's obligations of the Borrower hereunder have been entirely satisfied, unless a longer term is expressly provided for, in which event such longer term shall apply.
