DURATION OF EQUITY WARRANTS. Each Equity Warrant may be exercised at any time up to the Expiration Date. Each Equity Warrant not exercised on or prior to the Expiration Date shall become void, and all rights of the Holder of such Equity Warrant thereunder and under this Agreement shall cease.
