Common use of Duration of Exercisability Clause in Contracts

Duration of Exercisability. The installments provided in the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Agreement are cumulative. Each such installment which becomes vested and exercisable pursuant to the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Agreement will remain vested and exercisable until this Option expires pursuant Section 6 of this Option Agreement.

Duration of Exercisability. The vesting schedule installments of the Option provided for in the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Award Agreement are cumulative. Each such installment which becomes vested and exercisable pursuant to in accordance with the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Agreement will shall remain vested and exercisable until this Option expires pursuant it ceases to be exercisable in accordance with Section 6 2.5 of this Option Award Agreement.

Each such installment which becomes vested and exercisable pursuant to the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 3 of this Amended Option Agreement will remain vested and exercisable until this Amended Option expires pursuant Section 6 of this Amended Option Agreement.

Duration of Exercisability. The installments provided in the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Agreement are cumulative. Each such installment which becomes vested and exercisable pursuant to the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Agreement will remain vested and exercisable until this Option Award expires pursuant Section 6 4 of this Option Agreement.

Duration of Exercisability. The installments provided for in the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Agreement 2.1(a) are cumulative. Each such installment which becomes vested and exercisable pursuant to the vesting schedule set forth in Section 2 of this Option Agreement will 2.1(a) shall remain vested and exercisable until it becomes unexercisable under Section 2.3 hereof. The vesting of the Option may be accelerated by the Administrator at such times and in such amounts as it shall determine in its sole discretion, as otherwise provided for in this Option expires pursuant Section 6 of this Option AgreementAgreement or as set forth in a written agreement between the Company and Participant.
