Common use of Duration of Incentive Payment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Incentive Payment. The incentive payment set forth in Section 1 of this Section will terminate upon (a) the termination of both the Room Only Distribution Agreement dated *** and the Package Distribution Agreement, dated ***, between Orbitz and ***, as amended from time to time (“Distribution Agreements”), or (b) the date either party terminates this Agreement by providing the other party with *** prior written notice. Orbitz shall promptly notify Travelport when both Distribution Agreements have terminated or expired.
