Duration of JSC. The JSC shall be automatically disbanded upon the TT Term Expiration or the earlier termination of this Agreement; provided that the Parties may, by mutual written agreement, extend the term of the JSC for additional one (1) year periods after the expiration of the TT Term with a separate mutual written agreement required for each such one (1) year extension.
