Common use of Duration of Plan Clause in Contracts

Duration of Plan. No Grant or Award may be issued under this Plan before July 1, 1997, or after June 30, 2007; provided, however, a Grant of a Reload Option may be issued after June 30, 2007, upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 hereof. Grants and Awards issued on or after July 1, 1997, but on or before June 30, 2007, and Grants of Reload Options issued after June 30, 2007 upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 hereof, shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Grant or Award may be issued under this Plan before July 1, 19972002, or after June 30, 20072012; provided, however, a Grant of a Reload Option may be issued after June 30, 20072012, upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 hereof. Grants and Awards issued on or after July 1, 19972002, but on or before June 30, 20072012, and Grants of Reload Options issued after June 30, 2007 2012 upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 hereof, shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Grant or Award may be issued under this Plan before July 1, 19971989, or after June 30, 20071998; provided, however, a Grant of a Reload Option may be issued after June 30, 20071998, upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 4.03 hereof. Grants and Awards issued on or after July 1, 19971989, but on or before June 30, 20071998, and Grants of Reload Options issued after June 30, 2007 1998 upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 4.03 hereof, shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Grant or Award may be issued under this Plan before July 1February 28, 19972003, or after June 30February 27, 20072013; provided, however, a Grant of a Reload Option may be issued after June October 30, 20072004, upon the exercise of an Original Option option as provided in Section 4.3 4.03 hereof. Grants and Awards issued on or after July 1, 1997, but on or before June 30, 2007, and Grants of Reload Options issued after June 30, 2007 upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 hereof, shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.
