Common use of Duration of Plan Clause in Contracts

Duration of Plan. No Awards may be granted under this Plan more than ten years after the earlier of the date the Plan is adopted by the Board or the date that the Plan is approved in accordance with Article XVII. Awards granted before that date shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Awards Award may be granted under this Plan more than after ten years after from the earlier date of the date first grant of an Option under the Plan is adopted by the Board Plan. Options granted on or the date that the Plan is approved in accordance with Article XVII. Awards granted before that such date shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Awards may be granted under this Plan more than ten years after the earlier of the date the Plan is adopted by the Board or the date that the Plan is approved in accordance with Article XVIIFebruary 28, 2016. Awards granted before that date shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Awards may be granted under this Plan more than ten years after the earlier of the date the Plan is adopted by the Board or and the date that the Plan is approved in accordance with Article XVIIPlan section 12.07. Awards granted before that date shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Awards may be granted under this Plan more than ten years after the earlier effective date of the date the Plan is adopted by the Board or the date that the Plan is approved set forth in accordance with Article XVIISection 12.07. Awards granted before that date the end of such ten year period shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.
