Common use of Duration of Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Duration of Power of Attorney. It is expressly intended by each of the Owners that the Power of Attorney granted under this Section 4.05 is coupled with an interest, and it is agreed that such Power of Attorney shall survive (i) the dissolution, death or incompetency of the Owner and (ii) the assignment by any Owner of the whole or any portion of such Owner's Beneficial Interest.
