Common use of Duration of Pre-Funded Warrants Clause in Contracts

Duration of Pre-Funded Warrants. A Pre-Funded Warrant may be exercised only during the period (“Exercise Period”) commencing on the date of issuance and ending on the Termination Date. For purposes of this Warrant Agreement, the “Termination Date” shall have the meaning set forth in the Global Pre-Funded Warrant. Each Pre-Funded Warrant not exercised on or before the Termination Date shall become void, and all rights thereunder and all rights in respect thereof under this Agreement shall cease at the close of business on the Termination Date.
