Common use of Duration of SHA and Permit Clause in Contracts

Duration of SHA and Permit. The SHA will be in effect for duration of [x] years following its approval and signing by the Parties. The section 10(a)(1)(A) permit authorizing take of the species will have a term of [x] years from the effective date of the permit. The permit and SHA may be extended beyond the specified terms through renewal or amendment, upon agreement of the Parties.
