Common use of Duration of the Settlement Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Settlement. The programmatic relief embodied in this Settlement Agreement and the agreements and other documents incorporated in it shall remain binding on the parties and their agents and successors for a period of three (3) years following the Effective Date.
