Common use of Duration of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Duration of Warrant. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Warrant Certificate, the Warrantholder may exercise the Warrants evidenced hereby, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time after the Issue Date and before the Expiration Time. If the Warrants evidenced hereby are not exercised by the Expiration Time, they shall become void, and all rights hereunder shall thereupon cease.
