Common use of Duration of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Duration of Warrant. This Warrant may be exercised only during the period (the “Exercise Period”) commencing on the Initial Exercise Date and terminating at 5:00 p.m., New York City time on the Expiration Date. Except with respect to the right to receive the Redemption Price (as defined below) in the event of a redemption (as set forth in Section 5 hereof), if this Warrant is not exercised on or before the Expiration Date it shall become void, and all rights hereunder shall cease at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on the Expiration Date. The Company in its sole discretion may extend the duration of this Warrant by delaying the Expiration Date.
