Common use of DURECT’s Cooperation Clause in Contracts

DURECT’s Cooperation. (a) DURECT shall reasonably cooperate with PTI to obtain the Product Registration for each Licensed Product in the Territory by providing any information or other materials relating to the conduct of the Pre-Clinical Program or the SABER™ Delivery System in DURECT’s possession or control as PTI shall reasonably request.
