During Employment by the Company. During your employment with the Company, you will not, directly or indirectly, have any ownership interest in, work for, advise, consult with, or have any business connection with any person or entity that competes with the Company or that is planning to compete with the Company. Furthermore, you shall not take any actions with respect to competitors that could be detrimental to the Company.
