During the Contract Period Clause Samples

The "During the Contract Period" clause defines the specific timeframe in which the rights, obligations, and responsibilities outlined in the contract are in effect. This clause typically clarifies that certain actions, such as the delivery of goods, provision of services, or compliance with terms, must occur within the agreed contract duration. By establishing clear temporal boundaries, it ensures that both parties understand when their contractual duties begin and end, thereby preventing disputes related to timing or ongoing obligations.
