During the Contract Period. A. If you cancel your assignment to a room in University Housing after the beginning of the Contract Period but before taking occupancy of your room, and before the 12th Class Day, you will be charged $500 as a termination fee.
B. If you take occupancy of the room but fail to register for classes with the University, you must so notify The Department of Residence Life in person by the 12th class day of the Contract Period.
