During the Design Development Phase Sample Clauses
During the Design Development Phase the A/E shall, as necessary, prepare demolition drawings showing all existing construction to be removed as a part of the Project. The demolition drawings shall identify all existing building systems that will need to be demolished, capped, re-routed, or modified.
During the Design Development Phase the A/E shall, in compliance with Texas Government Code Section 2166.403, verify in writing to the Owner the economic feasibility of incorporating into the Project’s design any proposed energy system alternative energy devices for space heating and cooling functions, water heating functions, electrical load functions, and interior lighting functions, with a comparison of the estimated cost of providing energy for each function through conventional systems with the estimated cost of providing energy for each function based on the base of alternative energy devices, over the projected economic life of the building.
