During the Exploration Phase Sample Clauses

During the Exploration Phase the Contractor is allowed to import goods and consumables free of all import Taxes, as long as they are to be used exclusively in Exploration activities, including goods and consumables that require express mention, provided they are listed among those goods subject to this benefit, as established in Article 56 of Law 26221. This benefit will be applicable during the entire Exploration Phase.

  • Production Phase contract period in which the Development and the Production are to be performed.

  • Project Term The Project shall commence on the Signature Date, and shall endure for the Project Term.

The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.

  • Preconstruction Phase The Preconstruction Phase shall mean the period commencing on the date of this CM/GC Contract and ending upon commencement of the Construction Phase; provided that if the Owner and CM/GC agree, the Construction Phase may commence before the Preconstruction Phase is completed, in which case both phases shall proceed concurrently, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

  • MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS 4.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 4.2 no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being allowed a meal break of not less than half an hour.
