During the Phase. In, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the following: All Contractor personnel shall in-process through the designated Government personnel to ensure compliance with the Government’s requirements for establishment of e- mail accounts, Common Access Cards (CAC), security measures, etc. The incoming Contractor shall coordinate with the COR for the scheduling and completion of Government provided psychological exam evaluations for all Contractor employees. By the end of the phase-in period, the Contractor shall be at full operational capability and prepared to perform the PWS in its entirety, with all personnel in place and performing assigned functions. 1.6.16.1.1.1. Observation of Government personnel performing like requirements. The incoming contractor shall ensure that its Phase-In processes do not hinder or interfere with normal operations and that maximum effort is made to avoid loss of productivity. 1.6.16.1.1.2. The incoming contractor shall: observe operations of the incumbent’s work force, interview incumbent work force personnel off-site, secure insurance, required certifications, required clearances, and license documents needed to accomplish all contract requirements. Any and all required proof of insurance, certificates, etc. shall be provided to the Government at the pre-work conference. 1.6.16.1.1.3. Only those employees with a need to know and the appropriate security clearance will be allowed to observe operations. All contractor employees shall have a SECRET security clearance in order to obtain access to the ASOC Network.
During the Phase. In Period, Tenant shall remain liable for the full payment of all of its other monetary obligations under this Lease, and Tenant’s Common Area Share and Tenant’s Building Share shall continue to be calculated as specified in Section 1.04 above, using the entire rentable square footage of the Premises.
During the Phase in Period, the Concessionaire shall develop and implement a full project schedule detailing the responsibilities of assigned personnel and submit it to the Director for approval.
