During the Project Sample Clauses
The "During the Project" clause outlines the obligations, procedures, and standards that must be followed while the project is ongoing. It typically covers aspects such as progress reporting, communication protocols, quality control measures, and compliance with agreed timelines. For example, it may require regular status updates or specify how changes to the project scope are to be managed. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties understand their responsibilities and maintain effective coordination throughout the project's execution, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and keeping the project on track.
During the Project and for a period of 1 year after the end of the Project, the dissemination of own Results by one or several Parties including but not restricted to publications and presentations, shall be governed by the procedure of Article 29.1 of the Grant Agreement subject to the following provisions. Prior notice of any planned publication shall be given to the other Parties at least 45 calendar days before the publication. Any objection to the planned publication shall be made in accordance with the Grant Agreement in writing to the Coordinator and to the Party or Parties proposing the dissemination within 30 calendar days after receipt of the notice. If no objection is made within the time limit stated above, the publication is permitted.
During the Project. Biovac shall use the equipment, materials or goods, purchased or generated with the Grant primarily for the purpose of the Project. Biovac may use such equipment, materials or goods for purposes other than the Project provided that such use does not interfere with, compete with or delay the Project. If MPP reasonably suspects or becomes aware that Biovac’s use of such equipment, materials or goods has interfered with, competed with or delayed the Project, upon the request of MPP, Biovac shall promptly provide MPP with documentary evidence demonstrating such has not occurred or such has been remedied.
During the Project and for a period of 1 year after the end of the Project, the dissemination of own Results by one or several Parties including but not restricted to publications and presentations, shall be governed by the procedure of Article 17.4 of the Grant Agreement and its Annex 5, Section Dissemination, subject to the following provisions. Prior notice of any planned publication shall be given to the other Parties at least 45 calendar days before the publication. Any objection to the planned publication shall be made in accordance with the Grant Agreement by written notice to the Coordinator and to the Party or Parties proposing the dissemination within 30 calendar days after receipt of the notice. If no objection is made within the time limit stated above, the publication is permitted. The MGA obligation of Article 17.4 and its Annex 5, Section “Dissemination”, sub- section “Dissemination of results” on this procedure is not expressly limited in time at all. Participants need, however, a defined end of this obligation to ask their project partners before each publication. The limit can be adapted to the needs of the individual project and might span from directly after the end of the project to 5 years afterwards. To avoid doubt: "dissemination" as per its definition in the MGA does not cover patent application activities. The Horizon Europe MGA foresees 15 days deadline but allows to diverge. If the consortium finds it useful, distinction between different forms of dissemination can be made with different timeframes, for example for papers, abstracts, articles, monographs, etc.
