During the tenancy Clause Samples

The 'During the tenancy' clause outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the landlord and tenant while the lease is in effect. It typically covers matters such as property maintenance, payment of rent, use of common areas, and conduct expectations. For example, it may specify who is responsible for repairs or how the tenant should report issues. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations throughout the tenancy, promoting a smooth and predictable rental experience.
During the tenancy. 1. The Agent will hold the Deposit as Stakeholder in a client account (separate from the money we use to run our business). 2. Interest earned on the Deposit will belong to the person entitled to it under the tenancy agreement. 3. If the Tenancy Deposit Scheme directs the Agent to send the Deposit to them, the Agent must do that within 10 days of receiving their direction. The Scheme will not normally direct the Agent to send them the Deposit unless there is a dispute about how it is to be paid at the end of the tenancy.
