ENDING THE TENANCY 1) The tenant may end a monthly, weekly or other periodic tenancy by giving the landlord at least one month's written notice. A notice given the day before the rent is due in a given month ends the tenancy at the end of the following month. Holdover Tenancy Unless this Sublease has been extended by mutual written agreement of the parties, there will be no holding over past the Term under the terms of this Sublease under any circumstances. COMPANY TENANCY The undersigned representative of Company hereby warrants and certifies to Authority that Company is an organization in good standing in its state of registration, that it is authorized to do business in the State of Florida, and that the undersigned officer is authorized and empowered to bind the organization to the terms of this Agreement by his or her signature thereto.
Commencement Date The Subcontractor shall be permitted to begin the Services on , 20 (“Commencement Date”).
Tenancy If for any reason the Tenant or Tenant’s guest(s) fail to comply with this Lease Agreement, or the Tenant misrepresented themselves in this Lease Agreement or on the Rental Application, the Tenant may be found in violation of this Lease Agreement and at the Landlord’s decision this document may become Void.
Continuing the Work The Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Contractor may agree in writing.
Termination of Tenancy Any termination of the lease must also comply with all applicable state or local laws, ordinances, regulations, or similar requirements, including as may be applicable emergency orders restricting evictions during declared emergencies or disasters; and Owner/Representative Initials: Tenant Initials:

Default by Developer If Developer causes either an Event of Monetary Default or an Event of Non-Monetary Default, then the City may commence proceedings to modify or terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Section 11.4.
