Common use of During the Terms of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

During the Terms of the Agreement. a) If the Resident officially withdraws from the University during the fall semester and properly checks out from the apartment, the Department of Housing and Residence Life may cancel the Agreement and refund/adjust rent in accordance to the University’s published 75%/25%/0% refund schedule. In the event the Resident enrolls for a late start class in the fall or for the spring semester, the agreement may be reinstated and appropriate charges will be assessed to the resident contingent upon space being available. The deposit will be forfeited.
