Dutch Guarantor Limitations. In respect of a Dutch Loan Party, the guarantee under this Article VII (including the contribution requirements under Section 7.02) does not apply to (or, in the case of Section 7.02, will not create) any liability to the extent that it would result in this guarantee constituting unlawful financial assistance prohibited by section 2:98c or 2:207c of the Dutch Civil Code.
