Upon receipt of the notice of expulsion, the General Partner shall cease to act as general partner of the Partnership unless it is the sole general partner of the Partnership; in which event the General Partner shall continue in the management of the Partnership's business until a successor general partner is elected, but the General Partner shall enter into no contract except in the ordinary course of the Partnership's business. 8.6.4
