Duties of Agent With Respect To Release of Collateral. When this Agreement terminates pursuant to subsection 17.1 above, the Agent shall reassign and deliver to the Pledgors, or to such Person or Persons as the Pledgors shall designate, against receipt, such of the Collateral (if any) as shall not have been sold or otherwise applied by the Agent pursuant to the terms hereof and shall still be held by it hereunder, together with appropriate instruments of reassignment and release, all without any recourse to, or warranty whatsoever by, the Agent, at the sole cost and expense of the Pledgors.
