Duties of City CITY shall provide pertinent information regarding its requirements for the project. CITY shall examine documents submitted by CONSULTANT and shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly, to avoid unreasonable delay in the progress of CONSULTANT'S work.
Duties of Contractor The Contractor shall provide the following services relative to this Contract:
Duties of Lea 1. Privacy Compliance LEA shall provide data to Provider for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, SUPER and all other Washington privacy statutes.
STATUS OF COUNTY 13 COUNTY is, and at all times shall be deemed to be, an independent contractor. 14 Nothing herein contained shall be construed as creating the relationship of 15 employer and employee, or principal and agent, between CITY and COUNTY 16 or any of COUNTY’s agents or employees. COUNTY and its SHERIFF shall 17 retain all authority for rendition of services, standards of performance, control of 18 personnel, and other matters incident to the performance of services by 19 COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement. COUNTY, its agents and employees 20 shall not be entitled to any rights or privileges of CITY employees and shall not 21 be considered in any manner to be CITY employees.
Use of County Buildings The Union shall be allowed the use of areas normally used for meeting purposes for meetings of County employees during non-work hours when:
Use of County Facilities County facilities may be made available for use by employees and the Union. Such use shall not occur during regular working hours other than the lunch period. Application for such use shall be made to the management person under whose control the facility is placed. Employees attending meetings under this Section during duty hours may do so only on duly requested and authorized leave time.
USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY CONTRACTOR shall not use County property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than in the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.
Duties of Trustee (a) If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Trustee will exercise such of the rights and powers vested in it by this Indenture, and use the same degree of care and skill in its exercise, as a prudent person would exercise or use under the circumstances in the conduct of such person’s own affairs.
Duties of the City City shall make available to Consultant all data and information in the City's possession which City deems necessary to the preparation and execution of the work, and City shall actively aid and assist Consultant in obtaining such information from other agencies and individuals as necessary. The Director may authorize a staff person to serve as his or her representative for conferring with Consultant relative to Consultant's services. The work in progress hereunder shall be reviewed from time to time by City at the discretion of City or upon the request of Consultant. If the work is satisfactory, it will be approved. If the work is not satisfactory, City will inform Consultant of the changes or revisions necessary to secure approval.
Obligations of County a. County shall provide Contractor with the notice of privacy practices that County produces in accordance with Section 164.520, as well as any changes to such notice.
