Common use of Duties of DWR Clause in Contracts

Duties of DWR. DWR agrees to act as a non-clearing commodity broker for the Customer and introduce the Customer's account to Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated ("MS & Co.") and Morgan Stanley & Xx. Xnxxxxxxxonal Limited ("MSIL") for execution axx xxxaxxxx xx futures interests transactions on behalf of the Customer in accordance with instructions provided by the Trading Advisor, and the Customer agrees to retain DWR as a non-clearing commodity broker for the term of this Agreement. DWR agrees to furnish to the Customer as soon as practicable all of the information from time to time in its possession which Demeter, as the general partner of the Customer, is required to furnish to the Limited Partners pursuant to the Limited Partnership Agreement as from time to time in effect and as required by applicable law, rules, or regulations and to perform such other services for the Customer as are set forth herein and in the Prospectus.

Duties of DWR. DWR agrees to act as a non-clearing commodity broker for the Customer and introduce the Customer's account accounts to Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated ("MS & Co.Co") and Morgan Stanley & XxCx. Xnxxxxxxxonal Xxxexxxxxxxal Limited ("MSIL") for execution axx xxxaxxxx anx xxxxrxxx xx futures interests transactions on behalf of the Customer in accordance with instructions provided by the Trading AdvisorAdvisors, and the Customer agrees to retain DWR as a non-clearing commodity broker for the term of this Agreement. DWR agrees to furnish to the Customer as soon as practicable all of the information from time to time in its possession which Demeter, as the general partner of the Customer, is required to furnish to the Limited Partners pursuant to the Limited Partnership Agreement as from time to time in effect and as required by applicable law, rules, or regulations and to perform such other services for the Customer as are set forth herein and in the Prospectus.

DWR agrees to furnish to the Customer as soon as practicable all of the information from time to time in its possession which Demeter, as the general partner of the Customer, is required to furnish to the Limited Partners pursuant to the Limited Partnership Agreement as from time to time in effect and as required by applicable law, rules, or regulations and to perform such other services for the Customer as are set forth herein and in the Prospectus.

DWR agrees to furnish to the Customer as soon as practicable all of the information from time to time in its possession which Demeter, as the general partner of the Customer, is required to furnish to the Limited Partners pursuant to the Limited Partnership Agreement as from time to time in effect and as required by applicable law, rules, or regulations and to perform such other services for the Customer as are set forth herein and in the Prospectus.

DWR agrees to furnish to the Customer as soon as practicable all of the information from time to time in its possession which Demeter, as the general partner of the Customer, is required to furnish to the Limited Partners pursuant to the Limited Partnership Agreement as from time to time in effect and as required by applicable law, rules, or regulations and to perform such other services for the Customer as are set forth herein and in the Prospectus.

DWR agrees to furnish to the Customer as soon as practicable all of the information from time to time in its possession which Demeter, as the general partner of the Customer, is required to furnish to the Limited Partners Partner pursuant to the Customer's Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement as from time to time in effect and as required by applicable law, rules, or regulations and to perform such other services for the Customer as are set forth herein and in the Prospectus.

Duties of DWR. DWR agrees to act as a non-clearing commodity broker for the Customer and introduce the Customer's account to Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated ("MS & Co.") and Morgan Stanley & Xx. Xnxxxxxxxonal Limited ("MSIL") for execution axx xxxaxxxx xx futures interests transactions on behalf of the Customer in accordance with instructions provided by the Trading AdvisorAdvisors, and the Customer agrees to retain DWR as a non-clearing commodity broker for the term of this Agreement. DWR agrees to furnish to the Customer as soon as practicable all of the information from time to time in its possession which Demeter, as the general partner of the Customer, is required to furnish to the Limited Partners pursuant to the Limited Partnership Agreement as from time to time in effect and as required by applicable law, rules, or regulations and to perform such other services for the Customer as are set forth herein and in the Prospectus.
