Common use of Duties of MPM Clause in Contracts

Duties of MPM. As appropriate, the MPM will review the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental document (Categorical Exclusion [CE], Environmental Assessment [EA], or Environmental Impact Statement [EIS]) prepared for/by the Subrecipient, and after ensuring that it is in order, will forward the environmental document to the State for processing through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
