Common use of Duties of Owner Trustee Clause in Contracts

Duties of Owner Trustee. (a) The Owner Trustee undertakes to perform such duties, and only such duties, as are specifically set forth in this Agreement and the other Basic Documents to which the Trust is a party, including the administration of the Trust in the interest of the Certificateholders, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Basic Documents to which the Trust is a party. No implied covenants or obligations shall be read into this Agreement on the part of the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee is authorized from time to time to take such action as the Servicer directs in writing with respect to the Basic Documents and shall, upon the written direction of the Servicer, execute and deliver any amendments to this Agreement or any of the Basic Documents.
