Common use of Duties of Pool Funds Administrator Clause in Contracts

Duties of Pool Funds Administrator. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Schedule, the Pool Funds Administrator shall not be required to ascertain or enquire as to the performance or observance by any Pool Member, the Ancillary Services Provider or the Grid Operator of its obligations under the Agreement and shall have no duty to inform the Executive Committee or any Pool Member, the Ancillary Services Provider or the Grid Operator of any default, other than a failure to pay as may come to its attention.
