Common use of Duties of Remarketing Agent Clause in Contracts

Duties of Remarketing Agent. Except as otherwise described herein, the Remarketing Agent will set the interest rates on the Bonds and perform the other duties provided for in Section 3.02 and will remarket the Bonds as provided in Section 4.11, subject to any provisions of a remarketing agreement between the Company and the Remarketing Agent. The Remarketing Agent may for its own account or as broker or agent for others deal in Bonds and may do anything any other Bondholder may do to the same extent as if the Remarketing Agent were not serving as such.
