Common use of Duties of Remarketing Agent Clause in Contracts

Duties of Remarketing Agent. Except as otherwise described herein, the Remarketing Agent will set the interest rates on the Bonds and perform the other duties provided for in Section 3.02 and will remarket the Bonds as provided in Section 4.11, subject to any provisions of a remarketing agreement between the Company and the Remarketing Agent.
