Duties of Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator shall perform the functions and duties necessary to effectuate the Settlement and as specified in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the following: a. Obtaining the Settlement Class List for the purpose of disseminating Notice to Settlement Class Members;

Obtaining the Settlement Class List for the purpose of disseminating Notice to Settlement Class MembersAdministrator receives;
