Duties of Sub Adviser. Subject at all times to the control and direction of the Trustees, the Sub-Adviser shall manage the investments and reinvestments of the assets of the Fund, and determine the composition of the assets of the Fund, in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives, investment policies and limitations set forth in the Trust’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information (as the same may be amended from time to time, collectively, the “Fund Documents”), or as subsequently amended in writing.
