Common use of Duties of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Duties of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. Notwithstanding the indemnity of the Syndication Agent and the Documentation Agent contained in Section 8.05 and in Section 9.03, neither the Syndication Agent nor the Documentation Agent shall have any duty, responsibility or liability in such capacity with respect to the administration or enforcement of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
