Common use of Duties of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Duties of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. Neither the Syndication Agent nor the Documentation Agents shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Credit Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Syndication Agent nor the Documentation Agents shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Syndication Agent or the Documentation Agents in deciding to enter into this Credit Agreement or not taking any action hereunder.
