The Agent Bank shall perform such duties at its Specified Office as are set forth in this Agreement and in the Current Issuer Conditions and such other duties as are reasonably incidental thereto at the request of the Current Issuer or the Registrar or the Paying Agents (or for the purposes of Clause 11 (Agents to act for Note Trustee), the Note Trustee) and agrees to comply with the provisions of Condition 4 (Interest).
