Duties of the Agents. Upon the exercise of any Bail-in Power by the Relevant Resolution Authority, (a) the Agents shall not be required to take any directions from holders, and (b) the Agency Agreement shall impose no duties upon any of the Agents whatsoever, in each case with respect to the exercise of any Bail-in Power by the Relevant Resolution Authority.
