Duties of the Controller. The Controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Corporation. The Controller shall keep or cause to be kept all books of account and accounting records of the Corporation and shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct accounts of the properties and business transactions of the Corporation. The Controller shall prepare or cause to be prepared appropriate financial statements for the Corporation and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by the President or the Board of Directors; and, in general, shall perform all duties incident to the office of Controller.
