DUTIES OF THE DEPUTY. Deputies assigned to a special detail will enforce laws in accordance with the Florida Statutes, applicable SCSO General Orders, and procedures governing enforcement activities. Decisions regarding the issuance of Uniform Traffic Citations, Notices to Appear, and/or effectuating physical arrests will be made at the discretion of the deputies.
