Common use of Duties of the Market Agent Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Market Agent. The Trust hereby employs Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co. to act as the Market Agent for the Trust and to furnish to the Trust all of the services of the Market Agent set forth herein and in the Trust Agreement, including but not limited to acting on behalf of the Trust in connection with the sale and purchase of Underlying Securities as provided in the Trust Agreement. The Market Agent may solicit and accept bids from Certificateholders for the Underlying Securities. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co. hereby accepts such employment and agrees during the term of the Certificates to render such services and to assume the obligations of the Market Agent under the Trust Agreement under the terms and conditions herein set forth.
