For and on behalf of the Depositor, the Trustee and the Certificateholders, the Master Servicer shall master service the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of each Servicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, any Servicing Agreement or any Credit Risk Management Agreement to the contrary, the Master Servicer shall have no duty or obligation to enforce any Credit Risk Management Agreement or to supervise, monitor or oversee the activities of any Servicer under its Credit Risk Management Agreement with respect to any action taken or not taken by a Servicer at the direction of the Seller or pursuant to a recommendation of the Credit Risk Manager.
