Duties of the Monitor. The Monitor will only have the duties, responsibilities, and authority conferred by this Agreement. The Monitor shall not, and is not intended to, replace or take over the role and duties of any City or CPD employee. The Monitor may not modify, amend, diminish, or expand this Agreement.
