DUTIES OF THE OTHER COUNCILS. 6.1 For the duration of this Agreement, the other Councils shall act diligently and in good faith in all their dealings with the Accountable Body and shall use their respective reasonable endeavours to assist the Accountable Body to discharge the Councils' obligations in relation to the City Deal pursuant to and in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable legislation. 6.2 It is acknowledged and agreed that the obligations and liabilities of each Council shall bind any successor authority in the event of any local government re- organisation.
