Duties of Trustee With Respect to Purchase of Bonds. (a) The Trustee shall hold all Bonds delivered to it pursuant to Section 4.01 or 4.02 hereof in trust for the benefit of the respective Owners of Bonds which shall have so delivered such Bonds until moneys representing the Purchase Price of such Bonds shall have been delivered to or for the account of or to the order of such Owners of Bonds; (b) The Trustee shall hold all moneys delivered to it pursuant to this Indenture for the purchase of Bonds in a separate account, in trust for the benefit of the person or entity which shall have so delivered such moneys until the Bonds purchased with such moneys shall have been delivered to or for the account of such person or entity, and after such delivery, in trust for the benefit of the person or entity who have not tendered or received payment for their Bonds; (c) The Trustee shall deliver to the Company, the Remarketing Agent and, during any Credit Facility Period, the Credit Provider, a copy of each notice delivered to it in accordance with Section 4.02 hereof and, immediately upon the delivery to it of Bonds in accordance with said Section 4.02, give telephonic or telegraphic notice to the Company, the Remarketing Agent and the Credit Provider, during any Credit Facility Period, specifying the principal amount of the Bonds so delivered; and (d) During any Credit Facility Period, the Trustee shall draw moneys under the Credit Facility as provided in Section 6.12 hereof to the extent required to provide for timely payment of the Purchase Price of Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.03 hereof.
