Duties prescribed by Transaction Documents. For the avoidance of doubt and in connection with the powers conferred under Clause 2.1, save as expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, nothing herein shall be construed so as to give the Ninth Issuer Cash Manager any powers, rights, authorities, directions or obligations other than as specified in this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents.
