For the avoidance of doubt and in connection with the powers conferred under CLAUSE 2.1, save as expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement nothing in this Agreement shall be construed so as to give the Eighth Issuer Cash Manager any powers, rights, authorities, directions or obligations other than as specified in this Agreement or any of the other Eighth Issuer Transaction Documents.
