Duties; Standard of Care. Each Officer is only authorized to perform the duties specifically enumerated herein or as may be specifically assigned to such Officer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Each Officer shall be subject to the same standard of care applicable to the Manager as set forth in Section 6.2(a) in carrying out any of their relevant duties whatsoever and shall be required to obtain the necessary prior consents for actions specified in Section 6.2(b).
