Duties Title. Employee’s job title and duties may change from time to time on reasonable notice, based on the needs of the Company and Employee’s skills, as determined by the Company. Employee is required to devote Employee’s full energies, efforts and abilities to the employment, unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise.
Duties Title. During the Term, you shall serve as President of the Division. You shall report directly to Vxxxxxx X. XxXxxxx and Lxxxx X. XxXxxxx (collectively, the “McMahons”), and all employees of the Division shall report directly to you. You shall be primarily responsible for the Division, which will develop and produce film, television and direct-to-video projects for the Company, excluding wrestling and wrestling-based projects (“Division Projects”). You shall also be primarily responsible for the management and supervision of all business and operations of the Division Projects, including without limitation, the development, financing, production, and distribution of motion pictures, television and direct-to-video programs for Division. You shall also be assigned such additional areas of responsibility and shall perform such duties, generally consistent with the foregoing, as the McMahons shall from time to time reasonably determine. During the Term, you shall faithfully perform the duties required of your office, and shall devote your full business time and best efforts to the performance of your duties to the Division and the Company. Your services to the Company shall be rendered on a full-time, in person, and exclusive basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may render limited outside services in connection with non-interfering charitable and political activities, if any, provided that in no event shall such outside services materially interfere with your services to the Company and the Division, which shall have first priority throughout the Term.
Duties Title. Consultant shall be available to consult with and perform research for Company concerning the business and technology of Company. Unless agreed upon by Company on a case-by-case basis, Consultant will supply all tools, materials, equipment, and transportation required to perform the services under this Agreement. Consultant may perform the services under this Agreement at any suitable time and location he chooses. Such consulting services shall be performed by Consultant for Company using the title “Chief Scientific Advisor”; however, such title shall not give rise to an employer-employee relationship. Company shall pay Consultant the fees set forth in this Agreement for making himself available to consult with Company. Consultant will determine the method, details, and means of performing the above-described services. Consultant’s performance under this Agreement shall be conducted with due diligence and in full compliance with the highest professional standards of practice in the industry. Consultant shall at all times comply with all applicable laws and Company’s safety rules in the course of performing the services. If Consultant’s work requires a license, Consultant represents that it has obtained that license, and that such license is in full force and effect and will remain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed by the parties that, unless expressly authorized by Company, the services hereunder shall be provided by Consultant and no other persons, and that the performance of the services by Consultant is the sole and absolute reason for the engagement of Consultant under this Agreement.

(a) Executive agrees, during his employment, to devote his full time and best efforts to the business of the Company, including, without limitation, the performance of those duties and responsibilities reasonably and customarily associated with the position of the Company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer; provided, however, that Executive's duties and responsibilities consistent with Executive's position shall be subject to determination by the Company's Board of Directors. While serving as Chief Executive Officer, Executive shall be granted such powers and authority as are reasonably and customarily associated with the position of chief executive officer.
Duties Title. The Employee shall be responsible for directing and participating in the research and development of products to be marketed and sold by the Company and its affiliates, subject to the direction and control of the President and the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"). Employee's title shall be Assistant Vice President and Director of Research & Development. Except for illness and permitted vacation periods, during the Employment Period the Employee shall: (i) devote his full time and attention during normal business hours to the business and best interests of the Company; and (ii) discharge such duties as may be assigned to him by the President or the Board and report to and obey the lawful directions of the President or the Board; provided that such instructions do not violate or cause a violation of law and do not constitute a breach of the directors' fiduciary duties to the Company.

(a) Executive agrees, during his employment, to devote his full time and best efforts to the business of the Company, including, without limitation, the performance of those duties and responsibilities reasonably and customarily associated with the position of the Company's Vice President of Marketing; provided, however, that Executive's duties and responsibilities consistent with Executive's position shall be subject to determination by the Company's Chief Executive Officer. While serving as Vice President of Marketing, Executive shall be granted such powers and authority as are reasonably and customarily associated with the position of Vice President of Marketing. Duties Title. From and after 30th June 2004 you have been acting as the Company's Project Director for the ntl: Broadcast transaction, reporting to Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx (Executive Vice President—Corporate Development) and Xxxxx Xxxx (Secretary and General Counsel). You have been assigned full-time to the separation and strategic execution of ntl: Broadcast's operations and such other similar duties as may be requested from time to time. You may serve on the board of directors for no more than one for-profit company, subject however to prior notification to be provided to the President of the Company and provided that such endeavours do not interfere with the conduct of your duties and that the identity of such company is subject to the reasonable consent of the Company. Any and all travel expenses and other expenses associated with such position shall be borne by such other company or you.
Duties Title. While we mutually anticipate that you will remain an employee though the Termination Date, your last day in the office performing active duties will be June 1, 2015, or such earlier time as is mutually agreed (the “Transition Period”). During the Transition Period, you will perform such transition employment duties reasonably requested by the Company. Your title will be “Founder, Trulia, & Director, Zillow Group, Inc.”
Duties Title. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Corporation hereby employs Employee, and Employee hereby accepts employment with the Corporation. Employee shall perform for the Corporation, and its affiliates, such duties as Employee shall be directed to perform by the Chairman of the Board or any other executive officer of the Corporation designated by the Chairman of the Board, or by the Board of Directors. Employee shall have the title of Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, and his duties shall be consistent with such title.
