Description of Duties. 12.01 The Employer agrees to provide and retain on file an accurate position description for every position.
12.02 Upon hiring or within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a written request from an employee, the Employer shall provide to the employee a statement containing the duties and responsibilities assigned for the position held by the employee, including the employee’s classification level, salary and the organizational chart depicting the position’s place in the organization.
Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and perform such other duties as the CEO shall determine.
(ii) Executive shall faithfully perform the duties required of his office. Subject to Section 2(b), Executive shall devote all of his business time and effort to the performance of his duties to the Company.
Description of Duties. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall serve as Senior Vice President - Finance of Employer with such duties as are customary to a person holding such position in Executive’s industry and shall, among other things, undertake and assume the responsibility of performing for and on behalf of Employer such duties as shall be assigned to Executive by any of Employer’s Chairman, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer or Employer’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), at any time and from time to time. It is understood and agreed that Executive’s principal duties on behalf of Employer as of the date hereof are and shall be to further develop the business of Employer. It is further understood and agreed that any modification in or expansion of Executive’s duties hereunder shall not, unless specifically agreed by Executive and Employer in a duly executed amendment of this Agreement, result in any modification of or increase or decrease in Executive’s compensation referred to in Section 3 hereof.
Description of Duties. The Board, in consultation with the Association, shall draw up descriptions of duties for all positions of district responsibility.
Description of Duties. The Employer shall provide Writing Instructors with written descriptions of their duties and responsibilities prior to their first day of employment. During the term of employment the Employer shall not decrease the total number of hours as set out in the employee’s letter of offer. With the express written agreement of the Employee, the Employer may increase the total number of the Writing Instructor’s work hours. It is understood that the Employee shall have the right to refuse such changes without suffering any loss of employment or pay.
Description of Duties. Employee shall perform all duties in connection with Employee’s position, or as otherwise designated by AXOGEN, including, without limitation, the following duties: Provide both operational and programmatic support to AXOGEN and INC. Supervise the global marketing and sales functions, lead the brand strategy and execution, lead the identification of and support the development of new products, lead the strategic plan for commercialization, prioritization and development of existing and new markets, lead the sales execution thru both direct and independent sales team globally to achieve or exceed quota and provide support and input into investor relations. As a member of the senior management team, be involved in strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
Description of Duties. Executive shall act as CEO for the Corporation. During the Employment Period, (a) Executive's position (including status, offices, titles, and reporting requirements), authority, duties and responsibilities shall be at least commensurate in all material respects with the most significant of those held, exercised and assigned at any time during the one hundred twenty (120) day waiting period immediately preceding the Effective Date; and (b) Executive's services shall be performed at the location where Executive was employed immediately preceding the Effective Date or any office or location which is less than thirty five (35) miles further away from Executive's place of residence.
Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive shall supervise the conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions and perform such other duties as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "BOARD") shall determine.
(ii) Executive shall faithfully perform the duties required of his office. Executive shall devote all of his business time and effort to the performance of his duties to the Company. Executive shall not, during the Employment Period, be engaged in any other business activity pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage if such activity interferes with Executive's duties and responsibilities hereunder.
Description of Duties. During Employee's employment hereunder, Employee will hold the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer and/or such other management position(s) as the Board of Directors may determine. Employee shall perform his duties hereunder primarily in the Vancouver, Washington area, it being understood that Employee's duties hereunder may require travel. Employee shall not be required to relocate without his consent.
Description of Duties. All employees shall receive, upon hiring or at any time upon request, a written Board-approved job description detailing their duties.
